Anne latched onto graphic design as a kid, and never wavered from pursuing it as a career. After graduating with honors from CSU Long Beach, she headed to Alaska for a short adventure. She quickly fell under its spell, making it her lifelong home.

In 1995, Anne traded her suburban Los Angeles upbringing for a cabin on the Kenai Peninsula. As so many before her, she grew strong from chopping wood for heat and carrying water from town. Even in semi-rural Homer, she continued building skills as a graphic designer, first at the local newspaper, later transitioning to freelance work. Her clients ranged from countless B&B owners to the presigious Pratt Museum. in 2001, she traded cabin life for Anchorage.
Her skills draw on a foundation of 25 years promoting Alaskan products and services. She’s honed her craft at ad agencies (12 years), newspapers (3 years), producing publications for State Agencies (2 years) and creating and implementing branding strategies for Native Corporations (7 years) as a Graphics Specialist.
Anne currently balances a thriving freelance business with her passion for Alaska’s wilder side, trading pixels for kayak paddles. Read Less
