Duties were vast and involved myself working in a multitude of different disciplines including
designing printed material such as brochures, adverts for magazines, POS displays, and cards for both B2B and consumers. Other core responsibilities included upkeep and general design material for the website on a daily basis. In addition, I was also responsible for photographing and retouching products shots so that they were print and web ready.

Design promotional materials such as brochures, invites, and stationery for handmade greeting card company. Photograph products for use on website, promotional materials, and exhibit displays. Performing basic administrative duties such as database management and client relations.

Myself and several other designers joined together with the jounralist from the magazine fame, to create a student magazine. We were each given certain pages and spreads to work on and had to complete them by a September. We had to use photography and other different types of media to complete our designated pages before this date by using Indesign.

I worked for a period of two days at the London Excel on behalf of the London MCM Expo (Media, Comics and Media). A team of several others and myself worked together to insurance that the expo went smoothly throughout the weekend. During the first day it was our job to make sure that all the gift bags that were for the celebrities and the special guests that attended the expo were packed correctly. The second day’s events had myself and the head of the exhibition team helping stall holders layout correctly and insuring that all of the graphic elements of the expo were in place before the expo took place.

As a major component in the exhibition, my role involved myself working with a team of several other students in order to create an exhibition plan that worked across several different departments. I stepped forward as the head of the exhibition team and worked in several different media in order to create the poster for the exhibition, the colour scheme and making sure that the four other departments we worked with conformed to these. This involved me working with the heads of each department and changing the design in order to fit their needs.
