Starting 2020 with a focus on social media execution, creating animations and motion graphics for branded video. Working with dedicated social team to increase engagement and brand awareness.
Establishing animation best practices for social and email. Balancing multiple project changes and deadlines at any given time. Helping team mates learn animation principles and programs such as after effects. Reducing Hilton’s overall operational costs through creation of in house marketing collateral. Working with account managers and clients to prepare final artwork for deployment. Meeting deadlines while ensuring brand standards where achieved. Other responsibilities include photography post production, assisting with brand evolution, testing pieces & reporting out results, & lightweight design projects.

Working with in house marketing & merchandising teams to generate revenue & customer engagement through print & digital campaigns. Preparing & proofing files for various mediums including print, web, & lightweight video. Upholding quality standards while ensuring all deadlines were met. Establishing or improving processes to provide more efficiencies & better align with partner & client needs. Managing assets including photos, video, project files & folders. Other responsibilities include photography post production, assisting with brand evolution, testing pieces & reporting out results, & lightweight design projects.

Creating quality custom products in a customer centered environment. Assisting in team member development through metric evaluation, team activities, and open communication.
Successfully coaching and training new and veteran production artists. Awarded WOW winner (employee of the month) for department five times.
