Copper Penny associates are expected to have a strong knowledge of store inventory, designer labels and current trends. My responsibilities include making conversation and connections with customers in order to understand their lifestyle and help them choose outfits and accessories to try on. I also help maintain the backroom and handle incoming shipments (this includes steaming and tagging new clothing). I help model and style outfits for the Copper Penny Instagram page. This job requires constant interactions with coworkers and customers and has taught me the importance of working well with a team to achieve the goals of the store.

My responsibilities include serving customers while aiding in the overall success of the restaurant. This may include but is not limited to: hosting and seating, washing dishes, sweeping and cleaning, bussing tables and running food.
