Better known as Shum in the industry, Qihao has worked on McDonald's, Mercedes-Benz, SingTel, StarHub, Qatar Airways, Hewlett-Packard, Fonterra, Tiger Beer, Visa and more.

Besides being recognised at Cannes, One Show, New York Festival and other regional award shows, his works have also been featured on Forbes, CNN, BBC, and Huffington Post among others.
In 2013, he was honoured with the coveted "Idea Team of the Year" at the Singapore Hall of Fame Awards. He followed that up by winning the grueling NexGen 48 hours Challenge organised by the Creative Circle Awards in 2014.

Some of his other notable achievements include being the Art Director on one of Singapore’s largest and most successful integrated campaigns – SingTel’s Singapore VS Gordon Ramsay, which generated a whopping $4.1 million in PR value and was even archived into the National Library.
His works on Mercedes-Benz have propelled the brand to become Singapore’s best-selling automobile in 2014. And his most recent work on McDonald’s Nasi Lemak Burger in 2017 helped the product to became the brand’s best-selling burger in 39 years.

Today he’s a Creative Group Head at DDB Singapore.
