As a Tata Research Fellow, am working in Design and Development of Projects identified by Tata Center for Technology & Design, IIT Bombay. Currently am working on "Ergonomics assessment of workers in Jaggery making units" with possible outcomes of some suitable design intervention to remove drudgery inherent in traditional process". There are about 1100 traditional Jaggery making units in Kolhapur which cross annual turnover of INR 500 Crores.
With effective use of CAD/CAE tools, shall be addressing technical problems in Jaggery making units near Kolhapur, MS, India.
