Wedding Snap was an app that allowed couples to purchase an online album that house images from their event, and streamed images live during the event. A real time-live photo album. Given that many couples getting married are not as well versed in the online processes, I created packaging to be sold in department stores.

Managed an administrative team of 14 who directly supported a sales staff of 100. Reported directly to Regional Vice President, West Coast VP.
