Monitor all internationally published magazines and websites for proper photo usage, quality level, and adherence
Prepare and send packages to international partners on weekly basis
Open, track, and archive domestic and international magazines
Distribute international magazines to respective Editors and Art Directors
Execute special projects assigned by supervisor, including designing, scheduling, preparing presentations and packaging

Work under Art Directors completing tasks for publication of monthly magazine
Complete layouts in K4 format to be published in magazine
Maintain the editorial wall on a weekly basis

Performed customer service orders including recording sales transactions
Maintained and kept track of product inventory in order to reduce the overall numbers associated with the storewide shrink levels
Completed supervision of clean-up and preparation for the following
business day
