Taking in problems, converting them to practical solutions on digital and otherwise, maintaining a rich experience for the end user.

The process involves receiving a brief, analysis of the problem. Figure out key points that require fixing, or start as a new solution.

This will be followed by use case analysis and a break down of user personas. A practical structure would then be created, followed by mapping user journeys.

These user journeys help in creating wireframes and it's prototypes which in the end help the designers put together a nice, functional interface that is independent of the platform yet complements the native environment.

My job involves supervising the end result to make sure the end result is what was expected.
