- Work collaboratively in a cross functional team with other UX consultants, visual designers, developers, project managers and clients to research and translate business and user needs
into engaging experiences.
- Producing high quality deliverables such as journey/experience maps, interaction flows, information architecture, personas, wireframes, design prototypes and user stories.
- Participating in user research and testing activities to make informed and user centered design decisions.
- Contributing to new business proposals and attending pitches.

- Create and implement visual UI and UX designs, gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with business analysts and researchers.
- Developing UI design mock ups, storyb oards, process flows, sitemaps and prototypes illustrating site behaviors , requirements and Ensuring that digital properties and channels follow industry and best practices with regard to accessibility, usability and mobile optimization.
- Preparing and presenting designs to stakeholders and other teams including developers, content managers, project managers and business analysts.

• Gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with product manager.
• Presenting UX design concepts to the project stakeholders for review and feedback.
• Driving the development and communication of clear design guidelines and assets.
• Working closely with the development team to implement the vision.
