Having expertise in both coding and design, I view digital interactions, holistically, as a fusion of form and function; not as two successive steps in a recipe. Beyond just coding a design “to make it work”, I ask questions about a project’s purpose and intent, so that I can make better decisions and recommendations to enhance the experience. I prefer to prototype as soon as possible after brainstorming to continue momentum and more quickly locate flaws and improvements. I actively seek opportunities to both learn and teach to keep challenged and inspired.
