I am an experienced user experience and visual designer, with focus on UX concept and design. With over 15 years experience in the field, I'm used to working in a team with the most advanced user experiences and user interfaces for digital platforms and products (websites and apps). I have about 10 years of experience working at digital agencies (which of the last 4 years as an art director, responsible for concept and design for web and apps at digital agency Mangrove) with knowledge of both the waterfall and scrum methodology. I have worked in several (international oriented) teams within both the client and agency organisation.

I have experience with projects ranging in degree of size and complexity. I prefer to work on digital platforms and smartphone apps, but my experience extends from online campaigns for political parties (eg. PvdA) and multinational corporations (eg. Delta Lloyd) informative platforms (eg. VanAnaarBeter.nl) and corporate websites (eg. Omron Healthcare Europe - with a Dutch Interactive Award nomination).

I have experience working with usability testing and implementing improvements based on the outcomes.
