To set up Company and launch a new High-end label for the EU Market. My Job Responsibilities as below :
.Daily management of 1 assistant designer + 3 merchandiser + 2 developers. Work with them on research in building all aspects of the brand, including Positioning, Brand Awareness and key focus for the brand's identity through design, Styling, Packaging, and provide guidelines and directions to the design team and Merchandising team on all design issues;
.Lead the generation of creative concepts: Research, Explore and Communicate art and Design best practices for development of entire womenswear collection with full RTW category in the Standard procedures from Seasonal Trends, Collection Theme, sketching, technical drawing, coloring, fabric, trim design, Print and Pattern graphic illustration, Artwork, Washing, Fitting to sample development;
.Regular communications with LA Sales and Marketing team to ensure efficient updates are reported regarding product changes and status.
.Work alongside sales and marketing to analyze sales data and derive tactical action plans such as assortment planning and promotion package execution.
.Systematically conduct vendor evaluations alongside Production manager to ensure product and delivery performance are up to standard.
.Analyze & measure growth and expectations & isolate product expansion potentials / margin gain opportunities / vertical production solutions.
.Lead price negotiations with suppliers & vendors to achieve target margin.
.Partake in all brand related presentations such as ENK, Pitti Umo, Bread & Butter and Magic (US trade fairs), to ensure brand image is aligned consistently across the board.
.Co-ordinate international photo-shoot/styling/layout of our seasonal look book and any other promotional materials to prepare and present products to customers by seasonal trend boards.
