As Senior Designer I create original designs on a wide range of projects (identity, print, web etc.) and push the boundaries of the creative studio's design and aesthetic
•Promote and champion new brand to stakeholders, creative team, and vendors to ensure brand strategy delivers on corporate brand objectives across a variety of media platforms for multi touch point deliverables
•Provide art direction, graphic design, project management, client consultation, management of vendor relations, inspiration and mentorship of junior team members

•Work with award-winning creative team to design and implement new brand launch for Blue Shield, create and edit new brand guidelines, promote and champion new brand to marketing managers, copywriters, implementation team, and vendors to ensure brand strategy and that design campaigns deliver on corporate brand objectives across a variety of media platforms including web, print, and video.
