Creative direction for Haas F1 Team, America’s first Formula 1 team in three decades. Responsibilities include leading the creative process for all creative endeavors, including car livery, driver suits, mechanic suits/helmets, team clothing, garage/transporters, social media graphics, infographics, video editing, printed/promotional materials, PR/communications materials, sponsorship proposales/sales decks, special events and marketing initiatives, and much more.

Other responsibilities include organizing and directing international filming days and the requisite video production crews, still photo shoots, driver and crew interviews, on-track filming, etc.

INDYCAR

Art Director

Art Director of in-house creative for INDYCAR, the sanctioning body for the Verizon IndyCar Series -- whose schedule includes the world's largest single-day sporting event, the Indianapolis 500 -- as well as multiple driver development series including Indy Lights.

Responsibilities include leading the design process for all INDYCAR creative materials, including print advertising, posters, banners, at-track spotter guides, event and series logos, email marketing graphics, credentials and countless other print and communications materials for INDYCAR, the Verizon IndyCar Series, Indy Lights and various domestic and international events under INDYCAR sanction.

Other responsibilities include launching INDYCAR's creative department as an in-house entity mid-season in 2012 (including implementation of a new creative project management solution for the company) and managing the various INDYCAR brands and how they are represented and communicated via in-house and outside creative collateral in order to best meet the company's marketing objectives and brand standards.

Worked as part of an in-house creative team responsible for all creative assets for the world-famous Indianapolis Motor Speedway, its major annual events (the world's largest single-day sporting event, the Indianapolis 500, as well as NASCAR's Brickyard 400 and MotoGP's Red Bull Indianapolis GP) and related events/companies including the Speedway's Hall of Fame Museum.

Responsibilities included designing and editing 200+ page event programs for all three major events, concepting and designing creative campaigns and event logos (including the 2010 Indianapolis 500 logo), as well as designing billboards, posters, banners, tickets, credentials and myriad other print and communication materials for the Speedway and its events, INDYCAR and the IZOD IndyCar Series/Firestone Indy Lights series.

One-man graphic design team for a mom-and-pop sign shop well-known for their incredible custom neon signs made completely in-house, as well as large-scale outdoor signage, digital printing, custom vinyl graphics, vehicle wraps, channel letters, etc. Created custom logos and brand identities as part of signage solutions for numerous companies, got hands-on with custom sign fabrication and installation, and learned how difficult the art of hand-bending glass tube for neon signs really is.
