Russ LaChanse

Senior Level Creative Design Professional

Brooklyn, NY, USA
I am more than an employee who will just do what is asked of him. I actively and thoughtfully review each project prior to beginning, ask questions and provide alternatives to make each assignment the most effective that it can be. This could mean changing things completely, not at all or somewhere in between. What ever it takes to get the best, most cost-effective results.

I excel under tight deadlines and can easily process information and complete tasks on the fly - combining information from various sources to achieve the desired results. I am highly flexible and can switch gears instantly.

I am comfortable taking the lead in a project and guiding others but can just as easily step back and let another person take the lead when needed. I can recognize when someone has a better idea, encourage them and put my support and effort into the best solution for success.

I have a sense of responsibility to the companies I work for and a sense of ownership in all projects I work on. I celebrate fellow employee’s success - we are all on the same team and if one succeeds we all do. I am ready and willing to step in and help to solve any problem that might need help. Even if it not something I am familiar with - sometimes a new set of eyes can see things differently and help to find a solution.

I like to try new things and I have an intense desire to learn and discover new concepts and ideas. I thrive on variety and when being challenged. I feel that all employees of a company should be at least partially collaborative and that information should flow freely within and between departments.

If you are looking for someone who is experienced, educated, creative, adaptable, curious, motivated, innovative, supportive, energetic, responsible and easy to work with maybe I am the person you are looking for.
