Primary Designer duties included: Execute all visual design stages from concept to dev hand-off; Collaborate with product managers/developers to define/implement solutions; Create wireframes, user/process flows, mockups, documentation to communicate design ideas; Present/defend designs to peers and stakeholders

Other Cultural Duties included: Conduct user research to understand needs and use cases; provide input on areas to improve system functionality; Lead/participate in company cultural committee; Ensure internal/external clients receive highest level of service; establish/maintain effective working relationships by cooperatively interacting with coworkers; participate in meetings & training designed to streamline product and cultural processes

Create, build, and maintain websites designed to client specifications and current web trends, using a commanding knowledge of HTML & CSS. Interface within and across departments to meet client needs, as well as managing and ascertaining client expectations.

Create & Maintain: weekly and seasonal website artwork; monthly affiliate banner artwork; email blast artwork and coding; social media & blog content creation and implementation. Help maintain and update brand standards and consistency; miscellaneous office tasks

Lead a team of developers and contractors to ensure projects are seen thru from conceptualization to fruition; Conceptualize both clients’ print & web projects to ensure brand consistency; Continue to work as lead designer.

Create print collateral for all clients; Work with vendors to ensure projects are printed and delivered; Assist lead developer in web designs & some front-end development

Manage the art department and art partners, as well as standard Art Partner duties.

Sign creation and lamination of weekly, bi-monthly, and as needed product sales & promotions while maintaining the Central Market brand identity with the use of Adobe CS5; Conceptualization and creation of foam-core signs while still maintaining identity standards.

Working with major restaurant franchise chains, producing custom and template-based print and web materials; primarily working with InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Creation and Lamination of Basic Print Signs for weekly, Bi-monthly, and as-needed product sales; Copying & distribution of paperwork; stocking & organizing supplies; Checking bills in receipt with Microsoft Excel
