Roland was born on 23 November 1986; he is a successful multidisciplinary visual designer with 12 years of experience, primarily focusing on UI/UX and interaction design. He is passionate about designing visual products with precision for people who use them. He loves to create expressive and effective designs, with scrupulous attention to detail.

Often working remotely, he has traveled the world extensively (Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Portugal, France, United Kingdom, United States, Mexico, Cyprus, Spain, and other great places), which allowed him to develop cultural awareness of the world that surrounds him, giving the creative edge. A proficient communicator with great listening skills, he is a professional designer, who works with personal integrity, and thus is able to demonstrate understanding, openness, and receptivity - a key to establishing wholesome client-designer relationships.

He has worked with several well-known Lithuanian advertising and branding companies (such as Integrus, Kryptis, Profis). He has also worked with creative & IT companies from United States, Japan, etc. (J TECH, TWD Agency, Launchmen), and so has gained experience in various creative fields like branding, visual web, mobile, print design. Secure communications company in partnership with BlackBerry, developing software & apps solutions for the enterprise. Also working closely with phone operators and system integrators on various consumer projects.
I have been working with this company from the beginning, and I am the principal designer ever since. I was responsible for creating all the branding that included a logo, website, business cards, letterheads, and other similar designs. Now, I am working on desktop and mobile apps, branding, user experience, and interface designs, while also completing daily tasks assigned by the marketing team, which include various visual design for events, announcements, custom software, user interface, rebranding for enterprise clients, etc.

It was an IT company based in Tokyo, and I was their main graphic designer and creative, working remotely on various visual web and mobile design projects. My main responsibility was to prepare wireframes and actual designs after I received the neces- sary information from the project managers; usually it was brief information about the client needs, company goals and values. I was designing user experiences and interfac- es for corporate companies like Hartrodt, as well as working with luxurious and sophisti- cated designs for SMARTBOX ad campaigns, for TAG Heuer and HelloKitty brands.

Baltic Talents is a well-known agency providing programming, design and other digital courses in Lithuania in two other countries. I was asked to teach a group of 10 people the graphic design basics, and to help them to become the first level graphic designers. A fin-tech industry company where I spent almost 3 years working as a core designer, my responsibilities included brand development and similar tasks. That involves creating wireframes and complex user interface designs for utilities calculators, credit card search tools, investing centre app and car insurance tool.
