Call Center Liaison/ Office Management
Acting as a project manager I was able to analyze the production rate of the call center, and my initial findings allowed for company savings of $700.00 per month.
After assessing the needs of the department I produced reference material and implement procedures to improve call quality and simplify telemarketing process.
In the start of my role here I was heavily involved in the management of branch companies run by one of the owners of McFarland Hanson. (Mold Masters Inc and Dry Air Minnesota). In these companies I handled the majority of the marketing, and assisted in the branding and brand redesign. I was also handling the general office administration and HR responsibilities.
