RitaLH Studio é o resultado de um caminho que foi sendo construído desde 2009, quando Rita L.Henriques começa a fazer alguns projectos a nível individual. Esta experiência, junto com os quase dois anos de trabalho na SPAL, Sociedade de Porcelanas de Alcobaça, a participação em feiras e semanas do design, o contacto directo com o cliente, a pesquisa de tendências,..., deram-lhe a bagagem, a nível pessoal e profissional, para iniciar este projecto.

Apaixonada por onde cresceu e vive actualmente, pretende contribuir com o seu trabalho para o crescimento e valorização da zona, respondendo às necessidades de comunicação das mais variadas áreas. Não deixando, no entanto, a aspiração à expansão do seu trabalho por outras regiões do país e, quem sabe, até do mundo!

O Design faz parte do seu ser e a expressão pelo design gráfico tornou-se a sua segunda língua. Logotipos, cartazes, livros, revistas, convites de casamento, etiquetas, ... é o que faz, é o que mexe com ela, é o que a faz ser feliz.

Abstract
Fred Kradolfer (1903-1968) was chosen as the subject of this study, given the present knowledge of graphic design in Portugal, and in the light of both what he brought to the discipline and his influence on it in this country.
We have also studied those most closely associated with him between 1924, the date of his arrival in Portugal, and the end of the 1950s.

Since this study aims to extend and deepen our knowledge of the origins of graphic design in Portugal, and the contribution of Fred Kradolfer in particular in terms of ways of seeing, techniques and styles of execution that he brought with him, how his influences were shown, and in turn who he influenced. So we decided to extend our study to authors in his circle, José Rocha, Bernardo Marques, Carlos Botelho and Maria Keil, and relating.

This survey, it is hoped, may contribute to a better understanding of how graphic design developed in Portugal, and in what context, which may aford an awarenesss which may better inform current professional practice.
