I believe that design is about solving problems.
Through iteratively prototyping ideas, I design products that help people easily accomplish their goals.

As the lead designer for QuickBooks Point of Sale at Intuit, I partner with cross-disciplinary teams to design high level workflows and detailed interactions. I also conduct user research, leading both in-person, in-context interviews and remote usability sessions, to generate and validate design concepts.

Prior to Intuit, I designed web and mobile e-commerce and customer policy management applications at Esurance. I was a “design team of one” at once startup SpeedDate (now part of Match.com), where I designed speed dating product user interfaces, campaigns, and experiments to increase user traffic, engagement, conversion, and retention. Other clients along the way included PayPal, Citrix and Skype. Read Less
