Being a good young designer is about trial and error. Having the courage to try and fail until you succeed and learning from that process. I am not the designer I was last year or the year before because I keep growing. I am lucky to work at a place that allows me to fail and try again, as well as work under an amazing designer who acts as my "Yoda". I have had a lot of great ideas that did not turn out as well as I had envisioned (it sucks but happens) and I've also had a lot of great ideas that turned out great.

I can see the difference between good & bad design. I can look at my own designs and say it's not working and then make it work. I think it's important for designers to not stop until it does work. (I also call it a "that's it!" moment)

I always want to experiment with new trends, techniques, and styles. I have an appreciation for all types of art and design. I am on Behance because I am still working on my portfolio. Designing for yourself has got to be the most difficult thing I have ever tried to do. There has probably been at least 30 different variations and a new idea happens every week. Stay tuned!
