Began as a production artist and was promoted to art director. Designed catalogs, created and developed new products, designed the first company web site.

Direct a staff of three others to assist in art production for pad and screen printing. In-House designer responsible for catalog design, advertising, web design, trade show displays and other various projects. I also am chiefly responsible for new product design and development. I also serve as in-house photographer.
