• Collaborate on creative design projects in both print and digital collaterals.
• Develop creative design ideas for media, sales campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Assist in research, conceptualization, development, and implementation of
marketing/advertising design, plans, and strategies.
• Assist in client servicing- overseeing the implementation and conduct of various print and
design efforts if needed.
• Assist in other marketing and advertising such as strategic design planning,
media planning, etc.
• Closely coordinate with the Art Director and Account Managers to ensure smooth workflow

Digital Designer
• Responsible in creating visual charts, graphics and images for the course module of
Open Colleges.
• Effectively communicate with the team about the working progress using Skype.
• Provide design related support to the design team.
• Basic HTML/CSS applied for their site maintenance.

• Understanding creative brief given by the client.
• Responsible in designing websites for small to medium businesses for US clients according
to design principles of the company.
• Design the overall elements of the website such as slider banner, company logos,
illustrations, call-to-actions and such.
• Provide high quality stock images to the website using image library.
• Keep tracking the working hours using MS Excel application.
• Coordinate with the Design Leads and Creative Associates to ensure the quality of the work.

• Responsible for creating and visualizing the concepts of marketing advertisements for Marketing team.
• Responsible in creating print marketing collaterals displayed in different locations of their house development properties.
• Provide support in basic office works such as data encoding, organizing, filing legal documents, and assists the needs of their customers.
• Coordinate directly with the upper management including the Marketing Head for the approval of the design collaterals.
