Provost Studio is a multi-disciplinary design and consulting firm with international reach, focused on specialty corporate/commercial interiors and branded environments. We create immersive experiences that help each of our clients communicate their unique brand story and personality within the built environment. Our holistic and collaborative approach encompasses the disciplines of interior design, graphic design, exhibit & scenic design, and furniture & product design. The studio has offices in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina and New York City.

We engage a diverse range of project types including corporate headquarters, visitor centers, museums and cultural centers, retail environments, broadcast television studios, exhibits, meetings/ events and workplace design. Current clients include: The Chicago Bears Football Club, The Big Ten Network, The New York Times, The Chicago Tribune, The National Hellenic Museum and the Museum of Performance + Design.

Established by architectural and interior designer Peter Provost, the studio offers 16 years of award-winning design, project management and construction experience. Peter has the ability to transform strategic thinking into experiences that engage the senses, align with project objectives and embody the values, identity and culture of the organization. With every project, he seeks design solutions that take advantage of practical and pragmatic issues to create places that inspire.

Prior to starting Provost Studio, Peter worked for nationally and internationally recognized architecture and experiential marketing design practices in New York, London, Pittsburgh and Raleigh-Durham. Previous clients include MetLife, Home Depot, Westin, Nokia, LG, CNN, MSNBC, Wired, The New York Times and the Smithsonian Institution. Peter received his Masters in Advanced Architectural Design from Columbia University and an undergraduate degree in architecture from Virginia Tech. He continues to be involved in the academic realm as a guest juror and advisory board member.
