I’m an enthusiastic researcher in design, with a focus on human’s behaviors in different environments, for which I have specialized in Neurosciences, obtaining the necessary tools to understand their behavior patterns and integrate that knowledge into processes of User-Centered Design, Interaction Design, Customer Experience and Immersive Virtual Reality. My passion led me to be named as Continent Manager of South America by the Interaction Design Foundation (Denmark), where I lead teams from 7 countries.
Thanks to my knowledge of Computer Science, Neuroscience, Cognitive Psychology and Design, I have developed a software to measure the emotions of users (User Emotion Analysis, www.useremotion.com). My work has led me to present my advances in ISA15 and ISA16, among other conferences in Colombia, Chile, Argentina and Spain.
MY CURRENT ROL:
I work as UX Strategist and Researcher on Affective Computing (Emotion Researcher) at Posmo CX Consulting & Research, where I lead the research team and define UX strategies for each consultancy project.
I share my time with the Affective Computing & Intelligent Interaction (ACII) Research at UserEmotion.com, improving the system of emotion recognition, adding recognition of feelings according to neurobiological processes.
