Duties as President, Vice-President, and Communications Director for the chapter. Worked with and guided leadership team and volunteers to develop a chapter vision, renew chapter income and finances, improve visibility and purpose of the chapter in Los Angeles and the Southern California region.

Research and develop environmental graphics and signage for city identities and business developers. Lead interviews and presentations to business interest groups and community members. Develop and interpret research to experiential solutions.

Develop and improve team capabilities in experiential design, growing from graphics and furniture development to include audio & visual production, motion graphics, and interactive services. Align project development and implementation to engage short-term project goals with long-term strategic planning, environmental responsobility, and financial responsibility.

Developed an environment for research, develop, and implement experimental directions for visitor experiences, expanding internal exhibition design agency responsibilities to include marketing materials, wayfinding, print materials, and stewardship of the museum identity.
