• Responsible for the user experience, conceptualization, design, refinement,
implementation, and vendor liaison of products across multiple categories including
the tablet/device and networking ecosystem
• Worked closely with Program Management, Product Marketing, Brand Directors,
Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, and Vendors to execute design solutions
• Established new design language for Linksys SMB product line

• Consulted directly with a diverse range of established brands and startups, such
as Belkin, Oster, Eskuche, Sunbeam, Novation, Lumenir, and DJ TechTools
• Consulted directly with industrial design firms such as Karten Design and Boombang

• Developed multiple successful product lines for the Consumer Electronics and Music
Industry channels for the M-Audio, Digidesign, and Avid brands
• In charge of establishing a design language for a broad scope of products including
speakers, keyboards, DJ controllers, and live sound / studio consoles for multiple brands
• Traveled to China to work closely with Contract Manufacturers as well as in-house
engineers to facilitate product manufacturing, maintain design intent, and ensure quality
• Single-handedly managed multiple projects at various stages of development from
research, design strategy, concept generation, 3D implementation, maintaining of
design intent and brand consistency with overseas vendors, to review of production
samples for quality control
• Worked closely with Marketing and Brand Management teams to establish a design
language strategy for Avid rebrand and sub-brands

• Consulted at various Chicago firms (Radius Product Development, Ignite, USA Inc.,
Herbst LaZar Bell Inc., PDT, Tres Design, Beyond Design, Joss Design) as well as directly with clients of my own, participating in brainstorming, sketching and rendering
concepts, building prototypes and models, etc.
