Across the Product, Marketing and Brand groups at EBG, I lead the Strategy & Experience team in Design and User Experience. While building a strong customer-focused Design Team, I also developed our robust program of User Research, combining Qualitative and Quantitative techniques to derive consumer and business insights that have driven quantifiable ROI.
