• Customized a DMS to more easily query 20 years worth of test data. Redesigned the internal packaging for medium sized meters to make them more sustainable, improve customer experience, and decrease shipping time.
• Managed a combined budget of $100,000, gave key presentations to leadership, and negotiated rates with vendors.

• Worked directly with NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center to develop the manufacturing capabilities that will provide on-demand, sustainable operations during NASA Exploration Missions.
• Namely exploring additive manufacturing and medical applications for use on long duration missions.

• Lead Design Engineer on a consumer based product to be released in 2018. Handled entire design process from sketching to 3-D design, design calculations, rapid prototyping, testing, and developing production ready prototypes.
• Directly collaborated with manufacturer’s to receive quotes for injection molds that would cut the cost of manufacturing by upwards of 67%.
• Worked directly with clients and manufacturers to generate CAD files, mechanicals, quotes, and shop drawings to create over 25 pieces of furniture from design portfolio.

• Employed Auto-cad (2-D and 3-D) to independently complete designs of HVAC, fire protection, and plumbing of multi-story projects.

A group of 10 consultants who focus on town planning and oversight/management on multi-million dollar projects.
• Employed Auto-cad to complete over 30 projects and modeling in 3-D.
• Project Management- Led a team of 3 people to completely remodel and redo all of the basketball courts in a park in Lewisboro, NY.

• Private Engineering Firm that focuses on developing new products and software.
• Led a group of 5 interns tasked with identifying a household problem, coming up with solutions, and completing a prototype.
My group chose to make a smart register heating system to more efficiently heat a house. We emplyed the entire design process from brainstorming to testing to prototyping. After taking data, we made a working prototype. To complete this a microchip had to be coded and an actual heating register made.
