Network 10
Location News Cameraperson
I moved into TV in 1991 after 1 year of doing a photojournalism cadetship. Network 10 was a national wide corporation and were excellent employers.
I began as a sound recordist, then a cameraman and editor. It was a high pressured multi tasking job that required excellent communication skills and working under all kinds of deadlines and crazy conditions, from the elements to natural disasters, with different crews throughout the day.
They really looked after me, even though I stopped working around July of 2010 they held a position for me for 14 months until I realised I was not going back to work again.
