Paul Marchese is a partner in the firm of Marchese & Maynard LLP, specializing in all aspects of Estate Planning and Elder Law with a central office located in Manhasset, New York. Paul has over 30 years of experience in the field of Elder Law and Estate Planning. He has represented clients in court proceedings involving guardianship, probate and estate administration, mental health law, and taxation matters. Paul has also assisted clients with the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents. In addition, Paul has represented clients in real estate transactions, including the purchase and sale of property and the negotiation of leases. Paul is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Nassau County Bar Association. He is also a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys. Paul received his B.A. from Cornell University and his J.D. from Boston College Law School.
