innovative story-driven environments. From commercials and feature films to
print campaigns, Optimist Design has produced physical and digital sets for
Porsche, BMW, Sony, and Warner Brothers, as well as music artists Daft Punk

films, including Tim Burton‘s “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory,” “V for
Vendetta” and two “Harry Potter” films. A former founding member of design
collective NAU, he gained attention for his “Strato Cruiser” and “Immersive
Cocoon” design projects, which were widely featured on CNN, Architectural
