Compile time sensitive web elements to operate in collaboration with on-air station promotions and commercials. Planned, presented, executed, and maintained promotions for various seven stations at the same time. Work closely with sales staff as well as program directors to launch station initiatives. Create interactive campaigns consisting of banners, landing pages, audio and video streaming, key words, and mass data collection. Organize and display media during contests and events. In charge of learning new applications and teaching peers how to implement tools. Consistently reviewing station website statistics and changing the content and materials accordingly.

Worked on the internal design and flash animations for Sapient.com. Developed banners for clients such as Citi Bank, Bank of America, BP, Sprint, and many other Fortune 500 accounts. Worked with a design team to successfully meet established internet standards during short deadlines.
