Prior to founding Devine Visual, Oliver enjoyed leadership roles at multibillion-dollar marketing and sales firms, with a concentration on sales, marketing, and brand management for $150M-600M projects in the fiercely competitive Washington, DC, Virginia, and Maryland real estate markets.

As Sales and Marketing Director for The Mayhood Company, Oliver closed over 400M in new business sales. He marketed and sold 12+ multifamily and mixed-use projects, eventually selling more new real estate than anyone in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia during his 7 year tenure.

He was recognized in 2008 for achieving the #1 rank in sales volume in the Washington, DC market.

In 2007 he was honored with the MAME Award representing Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence as “Sales and Marketing Manager of the Year”.

Oliver spearheaded the establishment of an integrated mixed-use and multifamily market in Washington DC delivering on his branded vision of "neo-urbanism" culminating in the creation of DC’s largest affordable dwelling component that was named “Revitalization Project of the Year” in 2009. Read Less
