• Conceived and created demo assets / collaterals for the business development while the product was still under development for Oracle Digital Banking platform that caters to both Multichannel Banking and Omnichannel Banking.

• Leading a team of designers to develop an enterprise class, modern, scalable digital banking platform, using open source technologies to deliver a responsive UI/UX without changing their existing core banking platforms.

• Collecting and assessing user requirements, along with product managers and engineers. Researching and analysing industry UX/UI trends, competitor sites and strategies and creating high fidelity Wireframes, Visual Design and developing modules which include Theming, Dashboard Customisation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) based account forecasting.

• Following a user centered design process and illustrating design ideas using design thinking, empathy maps, process flows and sitemaps and information architecture, creating user stories and data element sheets in Agile environment for proposed features and phased approaches to development through Sprints.

• Designing style guides and graphic user interface elements, like micro interactions, font-icons, menus, tabs and widgets.

• Working closely with Engineering team to ensure designs are executed well and managing multi discipline teams of UX/UI, UAT and Digital Marketing of 14 people.

• Worked on multiple projects for clients in the oil, banking, entertainment industry in US and UK for designing their web and mobile applications. All designs were responsive and cater to client requirements for breakpoints.

• Coordinated with the offshore team and was responsible for providing daily progress updates. Also, in charge of design reviews and offshore point of contact for any updates required by onsite team. Worked on creating design mock ups for onsite team’s functional purposes e.g. RFPs, Demos etc.

Created info-graphic presentations for internal circulation in the organization and branding guidelines for a few long-term firm initiatives for the entire USI practice - logos, mailers, activity designs etc. and also received SPOT award for meticulous efforts in such initiatives.
