Noel Mclaughlin grew up on the South Coast of New South Wales, Australia.
A curiosity with the light fantastic was fostered early in Noel’s life. Following his passion he went on to complete a BA in Visual Communication from KvB in Sydney and Rochester Institute of Technology, New York.
