Tellsy

Product designer

I was brought in as the Product Designer to improve the UX and UI and, with the help of the engineering and marketing team, release a working version within nine months. The web app Tellsy was designed and built by a 3-people software engineering team. Though it had all the required features and functionality, the quality of the user experience was sub-standard. I conducted User Research, interviewed stakeholders, produced lo-fi prototypes, validated hypotheses with u-tests, then made hi-fi prototypes, reviewed and approved the end product. My design reduced 15% the per-event cost and doubled the productivity of admin users.

Tellsy is a web application that facilitates the design and execution of workshops, training, collective intelligence sessions involving brainstorming, quizzes, polls, roll games or other such group activities. It was initially developed for MOZlab, an agency, who have been organizing business events and conferences in Russia for more than 15 years.
