Takes Lead in concept design and keeping up to date with new developments in the interior design industry. Preparing detailed drawings and designs, plans, models and schemes using AutoCAD. Prepare 3D visuals or supervise parallel 3D designer’s in the team to acquire required visuals. Lead FF&E, specification writing and supervise the interior design support team. Review, correct and guide team members assisting in interior design assignments such as detail designing, drafting, presentations etc. Coordination with suppliers, product selection and sourcing of suitable materials for projects. Considering materials and costs according to set budgets. Meeting with clients & visiting sites to provide design solution, generate workshop drawings. Researching, documenting and analyzing information. Providing samples for clients, supervising work at the design stage and on-site execution.Working closely with quantity surveyors to establish costs and work schedules, architects to determine the best use of space, manufacturers and construction workers.Prepares presentation, presentation board and other display boards as may require.
