My main role is to lead, manage, collaborate with and support the international Creative Services design team in delivering high-quality designs; also acting as a bridge between the team and project managers, connecting all groups, and making sure inter-dependencies are understood and planned effectively.

I establish project timelines, assign tasks, and manage large projects through all phases of implementation bringing all the critical pieces together – strategy, business goals, design, and execution.

Among my responsibilities, I also collaborate with the leadership team in key project decision-making, including requirements gathering, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of teams.

I managed all the Creative Services designers based in Buenos Aires, leading, and mentoring them on their individual roles and careers. Helping them to achieve their goals in conjunction with the team ones.

I reviewed and approved all design deliverables done on my team to ensure they meet the required standards of quality and brand consistency. I worked closely in creating and evolving our design systems, and also in educating different business units and stakeholders on how they should be implemented.

I was also in charge of the creation and coordination of daily and weekly meetings with different design teams inside the org to generate a space for iteration and collaboration.

As a Lead Designer in the Creative Services team, my responsibilities were to provide guidance, assistance, and to review the work of some of the other team members based in different offices around the world such as the USA, India, and Buenos Aires, which some of them were direct reports. I also worked on the design and supervision of the company's visual brand system, creation and design for internal and external events, creativity and development for product campaigns, online brand consistency, etc.

My main responsibility was to lead the creative vision and processes partnering with the studio owners to achieve it. I worked closely with creatives, video artists, and music designers on a wide variety of projects. Among them, I designed printed corporate communications materials for different companies, led the ideation and production of music videos, and assist in different motion graphics projects.

As a trainee designer at this advertising agency, my role was to assist, produce and co-create different creative projects.
My responsibilities went from creating printing production files, animating magazine covers, to supporting the team with creative inputs and options when they were needed.
