Graphic Design:
• Created and developed and all print and web design for Boston Medical Group & OPMS.
• Maintained standard brand guidelines to ads placed in print, social media, on web and in email campaigns.
• Created a file naming system to organize all marketing files on network drive.
• Conceptualized and maintained identities for OPMS, Boston Medical Group, Advanced Diagnostics Lab, and Meditech Laboritories Inc.
• Designed and printed business cards, brochures, trade show booths, billboards, and other collateral as needed.

• Managed projects with multiple advertising agencies: coordinating media buys, trafficking creative, tracking ad performance, and reporting to staff and management.
• Purchased print ads in 40+ newspapers and magazines in 24 markets, spanning 3 languages.
• Worked with newspaper and accounting representatives to meet all deadlines for payment, creative, and insertion orders on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Developed a custom CRM with development team to track costs for calls, bookings, shows, revenue generated per ad, and return on investment.
• Prepared and presented marketing reports on performance trends, budgets, upcoming events and recommendations.
• Worked with clinic management to ensure proper marketing budgets based on staffing changes and availability.
