Built up product and consumer experience throughout flagship stores, online and distribution channels worldwide.
Responsible for hiring, managing and mentoring the different creative departments totaling a thirty people organization, with five direct reports.
Supervised all aspects of the creative and production process for the areas of product development, graphic design, fashion, retail, architecture and exhibition design.
Directed product, fashion and graphic designers, art directors, copywriters, architects, developers and third party suppliers.
Successfully launched over twenty Lomography Gallery Stores in fourteen countries. Created brand collaborations with Urban Outfitters, Fred Perry, The Hudson’s Bay Company and film industry start-up MUBI.

Contract Creative Director
Provided creative direction for customer-facing retail marketing materials and campaigns. Clients included Apple, Gap and Wrigley’s. Worked in photographic art direction, in-store motion signage, book design, exhibition and corporate identity projects. Scouted out trends and defined design language. Worked along with copywriters, photographers, art directors, digital printmakers and fine art photography galleries, as Adamson Editions Atelier.

Responsible for the art direction, photography and brand imagery of the International Photography Program, featuring artists such as Robert Frank, William Eggleston and Nobel Prize winning authors Günter Grass and Halldór Laxness.
Managed the biannual photo-book catalogues, with over one hundred titles per season. Acted as principal liaison between artists, designers, museums, galleries, editors and curators.
Developed new concepts, themes and editorial directions, working directly with artists and publisher Gerhard Steidl on new book projects.
Provided art direction for the print production of different luxury brands including Chanel, Dior, Fendi, Lagerfeld Gallery, Hermès, Audi and Dom Pérignon, among others.
Supervised overall brand message from concept to completion, including print, packaging, advertising, events, PR, signage, style guide books, catalogues and fashion press kits.
Lead and managed creative and production teams as well as external agencies.

Worked with film director Pep Bosch in the creation of commercials, being involved throughout all phases of the film-making process. Defined cinematographic treatment, art direction, locations, casting and final edition. Created and managed digital archive of photographers, cinematographers and photography books for script reference. Met with agency creative teams to discuss campaigns and director’s proposals. Managed client relations and feedback process. Film editing of director’s showreel. Clients included Audi, BMW, Orbit, Visa and Volkswagen.

Film Editor - Video and Motion Graphics
Produced Non-Linear projects ranging from commercials to music videos. Provided leadership for the creative development and implementation of video and motion graphics content. Managed creative development and production, maintaining all work flows, presentations, approval processes, schedules and budget management. Served as reference person for the video and motion graphics department, digital archive and Avid post-production support.
