Yext was founded in 2006 as a local advertising business. In 2009, it had had moved to a billing model based on generating leads via a pay-per-call model. In August 2012, the company sold that business to IAC's CityGrid Media for $30M in order to focus on its listing update service, which became Felix.
• Art Director at a local advertising company Yext, acquired Yext Calls (Now Felix) for $30M by IAC
• Felix powers local commerce by connecting consumers with businesses using advanced speech recognition technology. Advertisers only pay when they receive a phone call from a new customer interested in doing business with them. Drives millions of measurable consumer transactions to our small businesses.
• Created on-boarding process for clients from the minute they sign up for our services to the last email they receive when they cancel. Retention of customer satisfaction is a priority.
• A “swiss army knife” of tasks not including branding, UX, Wire-framing, UI, Landing Pages, Marketing Strategy, Visual Design, Analyzing Data, Brand Recognition, and Print Collateral.

Art Director
Lot18 began as a flash sale website for wines, with a business model similar to that of Gilt Groupe. The company initially focused on providing access to smaller, lesser-known wine producers. It later expanded its offerings to include large, well-known brands, as well as custom-produced wines. Lot18 secured over $42 million in funding.
In January 2013, Lot18 acquired the assets of Santa Rosa, Calif., based Tasting Room, which was founded by former Apple executive Tim Bucher, and had developed a system for creating sampler kits with 50 milliliter bottles. Tasting room now powers the Forbes Wine Club
• Lead UI/UX designer for iPhone and iPad Apps for ios5 & ios6

Yext is a New York City technology company that enables businesses to update location-related information on multiple websites from one place. Its platform also manages industry's ecosystem of maps, applications, social networks, directories and search engines, including Google and Apple. Its platform allows the businesses to store and manage information about their locations connected to its products. It offers products, such as PowerListings enables businesses to drive face-to-face and digital interactions.
When I joined, Yext had raised $65.8 million in funding and handled 950,000 location updates for 50,000 businesses. As of September 2016, Yext's subscriber base reached 800,000 business locations, publishing across a global network of 100+ publisher sites.
• Define and refine the Yext brand and web presence across all platforms. "All hands on deck" designing Print, UI, and Web
• Understand product specs and create wireframe, polished visual mockups, and interaction design
• Work with front end developers to complete the usability of the application and direct designs into functional code.
• Create clean and strong visuals for Direct Marketing Materials and design support for the company
