Having over a decade of experience in Strategic Space Creation and Fulfillment, as well as Design Project Direction and Management, I am always up for even more creative adventures. With great success, I ran both the business and creative side of my own Interior Design Consulting firm for 5 years. My expansive career experience has been in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Conceptual Design, Retail Strategy, Marketing, Branding, E-Commerce. As well as Art Direction, Installation, Prop Styling, Set Design, Decoration, Production Manage and Produce for film and television commercials. I have successfully tackled low budget to multi million dollar projects. As a former student of Parsons School of Design, my strong points include self motivation, great team leadership, an keen eye for design and spatial relation and strategy.

Visual Display - Rockefeller Center

Within the Visual Display Team, my core responsibilities include conceptual brainstorming, creative direction, constructing, fabrication, installation, re-purposing, materials sourcing and testing, as well as being extremely solutions based, for both interior and window displays of the entire store. Every display is fabricated on site, by hand and follow strict budgetary guidelines and schedule.
Highlights : Awarded the 2012 DDI Winning Windows GOLD as well as Best 2012 Holiday Interiors companywide.

Creative Affairs

Launched the Retail Division of a highly successful wholesale children's wear brand. Created the retail concept for the flagship store in Hong Kong and extended that concept into the brand’s store-within-a-store in Harvey Nichols Hong Kong. Developed and designed the brand’s first showroom in Midtown Manhattan. Re-designed the website to introduce E-Commerce. Worked closely with development team and warehouse fulfillment house as well as established retail customer service guidelines and policies. Managed social media outlets associated with the brand’s retail presence.

Creative Director

I manage both creative & business aspects of the firm. Design, manage and fulfill every project as well as budgetary / timeline strongholds and all client relations. Provide consulting to full-range design services. Creation of preliminary, schematic and construction drawings as well as sub-contractor management and fulfillment. Highlights : Spoken at a lecture series on Designing For The Modern Child at The Cooper Hewitt National Design Museum. Published/Featured in The New York Times, Cookie Magazine , ELLE Decor, Apartment Therapy’s Small Spaces Book , Parenting Magazine, Babytalk Magazine, NY Metro and TimeOut NYKids.
Notable clients include : Michelle Williams, Karenna Gore-Schiff, Annabella Scirorra, Eric and Stacey Bendet-Eisner, Breck and Georgia Eisner, Appaman, Hiho Batik, Debra Perelman, and Amy Lieberman.

I also curated the blog content and updated my readers with well-considered objects and design for children.
Notables : Milk Magazine listed Minor Details blog as a Top Resource For Design, Babble ranked Minor Details #4 out of 100 for Best Design Blogs for Moms of 2010. I also regularly contribute for LMNOP, an online magazine for the modern parent and for The Little Fashion Gallery based in France and London. At it's peak, the blog generated 30K unique visitors a month.

Branding, Marketing and Architectural Project Manager

I managed the entire design team and process.This included Graphic Identity, Branding, Marketing Materials, Campaigns, Interior Architecture, Spec’ing, Interior Design and Art Curation. I created, managed and fulfilled all timelines, budgets, client presentations, and client contracts as well as head up focus groups and brainstorming sessions. I aided in creation and management of all creative briefs and proposals as well as remaining the point person between client and the firm. I was also in charge of bidding, contractor selection/build-outs, vender selection/relations, DOB policies and procedures.

On the Production side : I managed several crew members providing them with timelines, budgets, direction while reporting to the Producer. Hired and worked with several vendors and crew members to help make the production happen smoothly.
