In addition to my responsibilities as a graphic designer (listed below), I also:
• Manage on-going design projects and schedules for a fast-growing team of 20+ creatives
• Responsible for training and on-boarding all new creative hires
• Coordinate all projects between the Sales, Sourcing, Production, and Creative Departments to ensure smooth communication and manage expectations/outcomes
• Work with other managers (both within and outside of the creative department) to trouble shoot issues and streamline processes to create more efficient workflows company-wide.
• Maintain the in-house press-quality printer, calibrating and troubleshooting as needed in addition to being involved in the decision making process for upgrades and add-ons within our lease.
• One of a 3-person team responsible for researching, developing, and implementing a customized project management system company-wide, as well as responsible for on-boarding all new company hires into the system.
• Co-planned a new office space for our creative team to expand into, alongside our Concept/Trend Director. Tracked communications and planning documents, designed the final floor plan alongside the architect & concept director, and assisted in selecting final finishes and furnishings for optimal use of the space.
• Create layouts and graphic elements for packaging, online sales, and in-store displays
• Photograph product and execute final image retouching
• Provide copy for and proofread packaging and in-store displays as needed
• Occasionally assist customer support with various customer queries
• Provide various technical support for the creative team, including purchasing and setting up new computers and performing various fixes and repairs for systems as needed

My basic responsibilities include answering phone calls from patients, booking appointments, filing patient records, etc. I also have worked the front desk checking patients into the office, and helped re-organize the entire filing system in July of 2005. I've also created Excel appointment spreadsheets to be used in the event of a computer system failure (which occured for a few days during the summer of 2010) - these were also used to re-organize the appointment program for the fall 2010 schedule.
