Creative Services Manager - Brand Department

The Brand Services Creative Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day creative processes of the Brand CoE. Working with the Director of Brand Services, they establish overall tone, brand architecture and creative outcomes that bring an integrated approach to branded materials that support AARP’s brand goals, objectives and strategies that support dashboard goals. The CM is responsible daily workflow; assigning teams to projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining an efficient and engaging work environment for creative personnel.

The Manager works to improve departmental workflow, capacity, strategic planning, customer service, quality control and compliance with AARP brand guidelines and visual standards to ensure strategic delivery and consistency of the AARP brand though all media. Closely working with operations, the CM accesses the department’s processes, technologies, etc., in order to determine areas of improvement, efficiency and development. This position manages Brand Defining creative projects from concept to completion. Works with the Account team on initial client discovery for implementation strategy and acts as an account manger on assigned projects.
