- Remote Software / OS support for the 9,000 desktops at GD Electric Boat sites world-wide

- Collaborating with a Team of Software Engineers to asses trends and seek solutions to meet the needs of the Contract Holder (GDEB)

- Obtained DOD Secret Clearance

MEDIA DIRECTOR - TECHNICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Extensive Video Editing, Graphic design and print layout experience

- Regional Weekly Religious Television Program Producer / Editor - Program design, Final Cut Edit, DVCAM delivery (reaching a possible cable audience of 5 million)

- Distance Learning Platform (moodle) - content preparation and content delivery; prepared 200 hrs. of finished Course content (lecture style / professor lead)

- LIVE AV Operation - 200+ Yearly Events (Set-up, Operate)

- Classroom Technology Specialist - Crestron Room Control Systems programming experience

- On-line Education Video System & semi-Broadcast multi-camera 3,000 seat auditorium television video system - design, installation, operation, and maintenance

- Weekly Audio operation of 3,000 seat auditorium

- Audio Engineering (Post) / Radio Broadcast

- Scheduling/ Training - volunteer staffing


IT SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Help Desk Support (Multi-Campus) - Laptop/Desktop Support - 120+ systems Campus-wide

- Windows XP, Server 2003, Vista, Win7, Mac OSX - Support and configuration

- Network Support / Basic Network Design and Installation (Routers, Switches, copper and fiber termination, cable management)

- E-mail Support - Google APPS, etc
