Creative Services Manager
Responsible for the overall creative direction across Performance Hospitality, for project management within the office of Marketing and Communications, and for overseeing the management and tracking of graphic design and web development projects and coordinating workflow for Performance Hospitality’s marketing projects.
Essential Functions:
Understand and have strong awareness/capabilities in the area of digital asset knowledge and best practices.
Provide daily, full-traffic management of assigned products and accounts from concept request, development to product completion.
Contribute guidance and feedback on requests where necessary to assist with creative solutions.
Acts as a liaison between Creative and Content Services and all other departments.
Supervises, coordinates, and ensures the on time and orderly flow of all requests from job initiation to its release and billing are tracked as requested.
Create and maintain a trafficking production calendar along with a series of monthly resource reports.
Maintain high operational standards across the marketing team and maintain strategic tracking processes with marketing colleagues, business leaders, legal, finance, and accounting.
Oversee the coordination and communication of all internal creative requests against available resources, internal and external talent, and budgets.
Ensure that all aspects of project development, including vendor management and meeting notes, are properly documented through the use of our project management tool.
Track all jobs, including monitoring status of jobs daily, preparing weekly job status reports for account management, creative and production, and conducting/weekly traffic meetings with the full Performance Hospitality team.
Assist with training internal resources and clients on creative systems and processes.
Champion the Performance Hospitality brand with a strong level of attention to detail within all requests.
