Design and creative management are what I do. I designed for Swatch Watch, Michael Jackson, Bob Dylan, Pink Floyd, and many more pop stars. After success as a print designer, I moved into interactive design. I built and managed departments of over 30 people, including graphic, visual and UX designers, web developers, researchers, content strategists, writers and project managers. The Wall Street Journal interviewed me for my take on web site design. I interviewed research scientists in Japan about their aesthetic preferences. I provided creative direction on mission-critical sites for the IRS and “space junk” monitoring systems.

As a member of sales teams, I win multi-million dollar long-term engagements. I help creative departments develop into highly productive organizations that attain excellent relationships with other functional areas in a firm— by treating each and every individual as important.
