Here is my job description:
- Take the brief and the mood board from the producer to understand specifications and work closely with our art team to develop the concept.
- Capture and process images and videos until you achieve desired results.
- Constantly improve image quality using various editing methods.
- Archive photographic images and maintain the database.
- Arrange objects, scenes, lighting, and background to adhere to specifications.
- Maintaining and managing (buying, renting, and maintaining photography equipment).
- Direct all shoot participants
- Ensure the studio remains clean and orderly.
- Provide the photographer and videography team with administrative support.
- Collaborate in hiring photography and videography team if needed.
- Choosing and setting up locations with the producer.
- Meets the deadlines.
- Photography and videography department development.
- Resolve personnel problems that arise during the production process by acting as liaisons between dissenting parties when necessary.
